Enrichment & Socialization
We put a lot of care into socializing our puppies so they can transition easily into their new lives with their forever families. We follow Dr. Battaglia’s puppy stress program starting at 3 days old, as well as our own noise sensitivity and socialization programs. I utilize the following enrichment methods: Interactive Toy Play, Leash and Collar Training, Confidence Building, Weekly Nail Trims , Show Dog Training (As requested), Potty training, crate training, Leash Walking, “No” Biting or Chewing, Rules of 7, Outdoors (when Weather permits), Texture stimulation, Scents, car riding , crate training, Early Neurological Stimulation, Toys, e.g. Ball, Grooming Desensitization, Socialized with Cats, Basic Manners, Initial House Training, Various Surfaces, Noise Desensitization, Household Desensitization, Socialized with Adult Dogs.
Puppy Placement Agreement
Companion / Pet puppies and adults are placed with strict neuter / spay agreements. Show/ Conformation prospects are placed with private-treaty agreements.
Health Assurance
We offer a 2-year Limited Health Assurance which is comparable to a health guarantee. The 2-year Limited Health Assurance is that should your puppy/dog develop Hip Dysplasia, Inherited Epilepsy, DM, DMS or PRA-rcd2, in which is classified as “severe” by two licensed veterinarians before reaching Two years of age, we will replace your puppy with another in a future litter. Further details are elaborated in our Puppy/Dog Agreement which is available upon request.
Included with Puppy
All companion / pet puppies and adults are placed with an AKC Limited Registration.
We send our puppies home with Breed-related literature, Breeder Support for the Lifetime of the Puppy, Microchip, up-to-date vaccinations and de-wormings, AKC Pet Insurance for 30-days, Teeth Cleaning supplies, Toy(s) and Blanket with Mom’s & Littermates’ scents, puppy food, and more!
Getting Your Puppy Home / Transportation Options
- Direct Pick Up: You may pick up your puppy by visiting our farm in Oregon.
- Flight Nanny Service: A RavenWyn Flight Nanny will fly to your location and deliver the puppy directly to you. You may either meet the Nanny at the airport closest to you, or the Nanny will drive to your location. The puppy will travel in the cabin of the airplane with the Flight Nanny, NOT in the cargo section of the plane. This is a great option for those living outside of Oregon and Washington states.
- Ground Transport: Ground Transport may be available to various locations depending on the puppy’s final destination.
- Pet Air Cargo: We will consider cargo options for puppies or adults that may be too large to transport in the cabin.
